1. What we collect
When you book a call or submit a hiring brief through heyJobz, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email, organization and a description of your hiring need. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) via cookies as described in our Cookie policy.
2. How we use it
We use the information you provide to schedule and prepare for your call with a hiring expert, to follow up on your hiring mandate, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Booking & third parties
Scheduling a call uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling provider, which processes the name and email you provide to confirm your booking and generate a Google Meet link. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that processing.
4. Data retention & your rights
We retain hiring-brief data for as long as needed to service your mandate and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India's DPDP Act and UAE data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data — contact us at hello@heyjobz.example.com to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
